Many
Fort Atkinson People Attend
Final
Reunion at Koshkonong Church
At
the final reunion held at the Koshkonong Union Church Dec. 28, 1920, there were present a large number of former
parishioners.
Had the weather and roads been favorable probably many more would have been
present. A bountiful picnic lunch was served at about 1 PM. At about 2 PM
a social, informal impromptu program was arranged, consisting of several after
dinner speeches, principally of reminiscence, and led by Dr. D. S. Robinson,
Rev. D. Q. Grabill and Rev. A. W. Triggs. Expressions of appreciation for
valued services rendered to the community by some who could not be there were
extended to Mr. and Mrs. Grace, of Whitewater, Wis.; Mr. J. P. Negus of Long
Beach, California; Mr. J. B. McDonald of Darlington, Wis.; Mr. and Mrs. Wm.
Armstrong, of Lima, Wis.; Mr. E. W. Kinney of Chicago, Ill.; and Mrs. Joseph
Bailey, of Whitewater, Wis.
The following social committee was elected to look after the remaining social
interests of Koshkonong: Miss Ruth Armstrong, Mr. Herbert Main, Mrs. W. R.
Abbott and Mr. Ivan McIntyre. An appropriate song closed the exercise of the
day. Lee M. Ranney.
