From Hiway 26 in Johnson Creek, go east on CTH B for 7.4 miles. The "Thayer" cemetery will be on your left.

Across the road up on a hill is the Holcomb Cemetery. It is at least a couple of hundred yards off the road and

there are quite a few trees on the hill. The cemetery had been recently mowed, so some stones are visible

from the road if you are looking for them. Otherwise you would never know there is a cemetery up there!

There is a driveway leading to a house--the fire number is W1819. The cemetery is east of the driveway

and since it is on private property you should get permission from the people at the house before going

to the cemetery. It was recorded many years ago and many of the stones may no longer be there, or

may be unreadable or buried.
